Employees of the state sphere of the so-called “DNR” will be limited in their departure to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities
Decree No. 363 “On the temporary ban on the departure of employees of the public sphere of the so-called “DNR” to the territory of Ukraine” was signed on December 15 by the head of the so-called “DNR” A.V. Zakharchenko. The full text of the decree in Russian can be found here.
