The new head of Donetsk region, Pavlo Kyrylenko, is convinced that the Rada should allocate money to repay the debt of the “Water of the Donbas”, all residents of Donbas can receive pensions in the controlled areas, and queues at the checkpoints are created deliberately, “to show how bad is everything in Ukraine”.
