Thermobaric charge TBG-7B from RPG-7B dated 2003 was discovered during demining works near the troop disengagement zone in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya.

“The indicated weapon is not produced in Ukraine, is not in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is used exclusively by the Russian army,” the JFO press service specifies.

The collected material evidence is attached to the materials of the criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 437 (waging aggressive war), part 1 of article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In the future the material evidence will be transferred to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to prove the involvement of the Russian Federation in the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine.
