Security Group expressed deep concern about the growing number of ceasefire violations
Each new SMM daily report indicates an increase in the number of ceasefire violations compared to the previous reporting period in both the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. In the last report of March 27, observers noted fresh craters in Sentianivka and damage to a house in Marinka.
After Meeting of Trilateral Contact Group on 27 March Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan stressed the need for additional measures to ensure safety for the civilian population, in particular by humanitarian demining.
