Head of the Severodonetsk District State Administration, Luhansk region

Roman Vlasenko began his civil service in 2004 as senior specialist of the economic department of the Popasna District State Administration. Over the next 10 years, he rose to the position of Head of the Popasna District State Administration, which he held until 2016. In 2020, he again headed the Popasna District State Administration, after the administrative reform of 2021 he became the head of the Sievierodonetsk District State Administration, in 2022, after the reformatting of the State Administration into the District Military administration, he headed it. Almost the entire territory of the district was occupied by Russian troops in June 2022.
