Mr. Mykola Tochytskyi
Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine
Since 29 September 2021, Mr. Tochytskyi has been holdng the post of Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine. Between 2017 and 2021, he was poasted as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In 2016, Mr. Tochytskkyi served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium, and was the Representative of Ukraine to the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community. In 2010-2016, Mr. Tochytskyi was the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe. In 2008-2010, he was the First Deputy and then the Head of the General Service on International Cooperation, Secretariat of the President of Ukraine. In 2005-2008, Mr. Tochytskyi was posted as the Consul General of Ukraine in San-Francisco (USA). In 2004-2005, he was the Director General, Directorate General for Consular Service at the MFA of Ukraine. 2004 – Director, Cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. 2003-2004 – First Deputy Director, Director of the Cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. 2001-2003 – Counsellor to the Permanent Representation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe. 1999-2001 – First Secretary, Counsellor, Department for Policy and Security, MFA of Ukraine. 1998-1999 – First Secretary, Department for Arms Control and Scientific and Technical Cooperation, MFA of Ukraine. 1995-1998 – Third, Second Secretary, Embassy of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium. 1993-1995 – Attaché, Third Secretary, Department for Arms Control and Disarmament, MFA of Ukraine.
