Member of the board of the International, Historical, Educational, Charitable and Human Rights Society “Memorial”  and the coordinator of the human rights initiative “Grazhdanin i Armia (Citizen and Army)”. Since 2009 to the present day, he has been a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights. He lives and works in Moscow.
