Head of the Supervisory Board and Head of the “Humatex Corporation” (2003-2006). Chief of the State Treasury Department in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2001-2002). Finance Minister in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (1998-2001). Minister of Economic Affairs in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (1998). Head of the Crimean Republic Department of the Ukrainian Pension Fund (1992-1998). She has degrees in law and economics and is a Candidate of Juridical Sciences. She was awarded the Order of Merit, III class and was included in the top 100 most influential women in Ukraine by Focus and Novoe Vremya magazines.
