CivilMPlus along with our friends from the DRA e.V. (Germany) held a briefing on documentation of war crimes in Ukraine with renown Ukrainian civil society leaders and a representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
Based on the discussion the following paper with recommendations for the German civil society and state actors was prepared.
