“Ideas for Change” strives to link the tracks in the activities it provides and projects it implements: grassroots level, civil society and public governance.

Organization’s aim is to promote Ukrainian policy according to the perspectives, interests and values of the new generation of leaders. To reach this objective the organization endeavor to work under the innovative “think & act & change tank” approach.

Mission of organization is transformation of the Ukrainian society from the values of survival to the values of development, starting from the local communities and to the national level.

Priorities:

• conflict transformation and regulation, resilience of Ukraine;
• support of the “leaders of change”;
• development of public policies and support of the reforms;
• sustainable development of the local communities;
• public finance control;
• cultural diplomacy;
• gender equality.

The organisation implements mostly dialogue and peacebuilding projects, aimed at the conflict regulation in Donbas, i.e. confidence building among the representatives of different regions and communities,  identifying the potential actors for peaceful development in the region and enhancing the women’s potential according to the SC UN Resolution #1325 “Women, peace, and security”.
