Ukraine completes transfer of case to the Netherlands

Ukraine has transferred to the Netherlands criminal proceedings against the former “defence minister” of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) group Ihor Hirkin (Strelkov) and three other guerrillas suspected of involvement in the crash of the Boeing 777 MH flight17.
