“Russia prepares the banking system of occupied Donbass for integration”
Volunteers of the international intelligence community InformNapalm think that the banking system of the occupied territories of Donbas is being reformed for further functioning within the financial system of the Russian Federation.
The so-called “Central Bank of DPR” announced the transition to a new plan of calculations, and the website of “DPR” reported that “Central Bank” will introduce a new program from September 2019.
