The political part of the Minsk agreements, including an amnesty and the implementation of the law on local self-government in the Donbas, will be implemented after the withdrawal of weapons, the withdrawal of the Russian military and the completion of the process of exchanging prisoners of “all for all”. This was stated by First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, member of the Donbas humanitarian group Irina Gerashchenko.
