Displacement of Ukrainian citizens to the Russian Federation during the war: how can we help these people?
Our friends and partners from the Center for Civil Liberties and the International Helsinki Association held an online discussion about the involuntary transfer of the civilian population of Ukraine to the territory of Russia.
Mikhail Savva, a member of the Expert Council of the Center for Civil Liberties, outlined at the event the situation and problems faced by the citizens of Ukraine in the Russian Federation.
