Allowed list of goods: why residents of non-controlled areas are restricted in their access to Ukrainian goods
Residents of NGCAs in Ukraine have limited access to goods sold on the other side of the demarcation line. Instead of the list of goods that cannot be transported through the checkpoint, there is a list of goods that are allowed in Donbas. Up to a certain point, this list did not even contain bottled water. As noted by human rights activist Daria Dmitrenko, the list of allowed goods includes a minimum and does not meet the needs of people.
