60 prisoners serving sentences in the occupied districts of the Luhansk region were transferred to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government
“We will continue to work on the transfer of Ukrainian citizens who have expressed a desire to serve their sentences on free territory and those whose sentences have expired. Our next visit to the Luhansk region is scheduled for the end of April. We will again take away 60 prisoners,” said Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova.
