On October 22 at 15:00, Truth Hounds, a member of the CivilM+ platform, will present a report based on a three-month study. Truth Hounds experts visited likely crime scenes near the line of contact in Government-held territory, interacting with witnesses to the events and victims. A total of 100 people were interviewed.
Based on the results of the missions, the experts of Truth Hounds analyzed the collected evidence, thoroughly examined the information, including the use of data from open sources, and gave the necessary and reasonable qualification to the established acts. All findings were executed in separate representations and submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
