Oleksandr Pavlichenko is an Executive Director of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, Member of the Commission on Legal Reform, Deputy Head of the Working Group on the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Member of the Advisory Council on Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Defenders of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, he has been engaged in documenting human rights violations and war crimes, working with survivors, and preparing materials for submission to state and international courts.
